Payments

Orders can be paid for using one of the following payment methods:

Credit Card
Credit card payments are made via a secure connection.

Credit Card Security
Since all transactions are processed by Shopify Payments, Customers are guaranteed maximum security for their purchase; data is not stored in our IT systems.
Customer Service operators are not authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or validity details; therefore, beware if any malicious person calls in our name asking for such data.
In order to ensure greater protection for online purchases, it is recommended that Customers subscribe to Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requesting an OTP security code with which to make their purchases in complete safety.

For credit card transactions, larianna.it reserves the right to ask the customer for a copy of an identity document and, if necessary, to request another form of payment (advance bank transfer) without having to give reasons for such a request.

Credit Card Charges
If sufficient funds are available for the purchase and the banking details provided are valid, we will instantly send confirmation of the successful transaction charge.
Customers will simultaneously be shown and sent order and transaction confirmation via email. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
(Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning).

Paypal

You can pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account. By selecting this method at checkout, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. You do not need to have a PayPal account: you can also pay with a credit or debit card through the PayPal circuit as a guest. The amount will be charged immediately upon order confirmation. larianna.it does not have access to the Customer's financial data as the transaction is handled entirely by PayPal.

Klarna - Pay in 3 installments

With Klarna, you can split your order amount into 3 interest-free monthly installments. By selecting Klarna at checkout, the Customer will be redirected to the Klarna website to complete a short identity verification. The first installment is charged at the time of purchase, and subsequent installments are automatically charged every 30 days. The service is subject to approval by Klarna. larianna.it does not directly manage financing procedures: for any information regarding the payment plan, please contact Klarna customer service directly.

Bank Transfer

Payment can be made by advance bank transfer. After completing the order, the Customer will receive an email with the bank details required to make the payment. The order will be processed and shipped only after confirmation of credit to our account, usually within 1-2 business days from the bank transfer. Please include the order number received via email in the payment description. larianna.it is not responsible for any delays due to bank processing times.
