Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items can be returned for a size exchange or refund within 14 days from the delivery of the last item in the order, without needing to provide any reason.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2023/2673 and Italian Legislative Decree 209/2025, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the delivery of the last item in the order, without any penalty and without providing a reason.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised before delivery (cancellation) and during the transit period (order already shipped but not yet delivered). In the latter case, the Customer must refuse delivery or return the goods as soon as received.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

To initiate a return or cancellation, follow these steps:

• Log in to your customer area at account.larianna.it and select the order you wish to return or cancel from your order list.
• For cancellations (order not yet shipped), complete the request from your customer area: you will receive email confirmation within 1 business day.
• For withdrawal during transit (order already shipped), refuse delivery or contact us at shop@larianna.it for instructions.
• For returns (goods already delivered), submit the request from your customer area and ship the package within 14 days of authorisation to: Larianna c/o Tonyman Srl — Via Consortile Zona snc, ASI, Condominio Vega 1 — 81030 Teverola (CE), using a courier of your choice that provides a tracking number.

Returns cannot be made at our retailers.

Available Options

Size exchange
You may request an exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer; shipping of the new item is free.

Refund
The refund is processed once the returned item has been received, verified and accepted. You will receive a confirmation email. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 1 business day of the confirmation email.

Cancellation
Cancellations are processed for orders not yet delivered. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 1 business day of the confirmation email.

Return Conditions

Returned items exercising the right of withdrawal are always accepted. However, if items show signs of use that reduce their value, L'Arianna reserves the right to deduct a proportional amount from the refund, in accordance with applicable law.

To facilitate verification and speed up the refund, please return items in the following condition where possible:

• Unworn, unwashed or unaltered, with no signs of use.
• Soles in perfect condition with original tags intact.
• With all original tags, packaging and accessories received with the order.
• In the original box, considered an integral part of the product, not damaged or used as the sole outer packaging.
• Shipped inside adequate external packaging.

Defective Goods or Shipping Errors

If the Customer receives defective or incorrect goods, please follow the same procedure above. L'Arianna reserves the right to request photographic documentation and will cover return shipping costs.

Important Notes

L'Arianna reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns or those shipped without prior agreement. In such cases, goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
