Shipments
Shipping in Italy
All orders destined for Italian territory benefit from free shipping, with no minimum order amount. We process each order within 24 business hours of payment confirmation.
Shipments are entrusted to GLS and BRT couriers, selected based on the delivery area. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days from the moment of shipment. An additional day may be required for islands and remote areas.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM are usually shipped on the same day. Weekend orders are processed starting from the following Monday morning, between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your package in real-time on the courier's website.
How it works
- Order confirmed — You immediately receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.
- Preparation — Your order is prepared within 24 business hours. All our products are ready for delivery.
- Shipment — You receive an email with the tracking number to track the package in real-time.
- Delivery — The courier delivers directly to your address. In case of absence, a notice will be left to arrange a second delivery attempt.
International shipping
Larianna ships throughout Europe and the rest of the world. International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- USA and Canada: 5–8 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
For non-EU countries, customs duties and local taxes may apply, payable by the recipient, in accordance with the regulations in force in the destination country. Larianna is not responsible for any additional customs costs.
Useful information
Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address. We invite you to carefully check the entered data before confirming the purchase.
In case of a damaged package upon delivery, we recommend that you accept it with a written reservation on the courier's document and contact us within 24 hours by sending photographic documentation to shop@larianna.it.
Larianna is not responsible for delays caused by exceptional events, adverse weather conditions, strikes or other factors beyond our control.
