How long does it take to receive my order?
All our products are in stock. We process every order within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:
- Northern and Central Italy: 1–2 business days
- Southern Italy and islands: 2–3 business days
Orders placed by 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.
Which couriers do you use?
Shipments are entrusted to couriers GLS and BRT, selected based on the delivery area. At the time of shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your package in real-time.
Is shipping free?
Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, before completing the purchase. There are no hidden costs.
Do you also ship abroad?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Klarna — pay in 3 interest-free installments
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery
With Klarna, you can split the amount into 3 convenient installments at no additional cost.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of the order receipt date. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, with the original box and all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When do I get my refund?
Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase. The crediting times depend on the banking circuit or payment platform.
